Bio:: An original and unique voice in pop/rock/electronic music, Keri Rose is an artist with which to be reckoned. Her music is a combination of airy, melodic vocals laden with solid hooks and defined rhythms. The lyrics in her songs are clever and intriguing. From the striking beauty of "Wild Butterfly" and "When Tomorrow Comes" to the heavy-edged swords of "Dumbing Me Down" and "Hidden Story", Rose’s music is versatile and distinct. With many credits to her name, among those being spotlighted in many local magazines and internet music sites, her songs have also been placed in several TV shows and movies. Daytime TV caught on and aired her song Instigator on several soap opera episodes including One Life to Live and All My Children. MTV also picked up her song and aired it on their "Undressed" segment. Keri was nominated for the Best Female Singer/Songwriter at the 10th Annual Los Angeles Music Awards, where she placed in the top 3 of her category. In addition to soundtrack debuts, music awards, and cable radio shows (featured on KCLA’s new artist playlist), Keri Rose's songs "Blue" and "Dumbing Me Down" are now being featured in a program sponsored by Microsoft. called Playlist 7 which promotes independent artists. Keri Rose is currently collaborating with metal band "Split the Enemy" which forecasts to be the most daring adventure yet!
