You may have watched THE KATTS on the CIDERVILLE FARM AND HOME SHOW. The Katts received top 10 AND TOP 40 on Ourstage, .... Performed on May 4, 2011 for WDVX BLUE PLATE SPECIAL... THE KATTS are a featured showcase artist on MYSTAGE in FOLK.... They play music from centuries ago on up to present day and lots of originals. Influenced by Johnny Cash and June Carter, Patsy Cline and Hank Williams,.... They have recently released there new 19 song CD, "Le Cat Tales" with original and traditional songs. They have a heart felt love for folk music and try to add a touch of yesterday with some modern sounds of today, Recently featured on the Knoxville 24 hours film festival CD, they have a unique blend of vocals that will leave you smiling and ready to get up and dance. The duo play guitar, banjo, bass fiddle, bass guitar, and mandolin.They have also performed at the Hoot in the Hollar Benefit for Cystic Fibrosis on June 4, 2011 and also on June 11, 2011 at the Vienna Coffeehouse in Maryville, TN at 7pm. The Katts were featured in the Daily Times Weekend Section in June, 2011. A guest of Glenn Spayth at the 7m and the Bistro and the Bijou. Attended Singer songwriter night at The Parlor in Knoxville, TN hosted by Johnathan Manness. Performed at the Main Street Festival in Morristown on July 22, 2011.
