T-Soak, The Son of a King would like to grace you with his presence…

Michael Carter, better known to his fans by his stage name T-Soak, is a renowned Jazz saxophonist and keyboardist extraordinaire with a funky, smooth and in-your-face feel. A known favorite for years throughout the Pacific Northwest in the Gospel and Jazz circuits, he got his start playing in church as a child, becoming the lead musician by the time he was 14 and picking up bass, guitar and piano along the way.

With an extensive touring background under his belt, T-Soak is well-versed in playing the saxophone as the opening entertainer for artists such as BeBe & CeCe Winans, Mighty Cloud of Joy, and Bobby Jones of Bobby Jones Gospel fame. He was the first musician selected for the Gospel Music Workshop of America’s Seattle Washington Chapter. He also performs Gospel, Rock, Funk, and R&B. His musical influences include Lenny Pickett, Grover Washington, David Sanborn, Gerald Albright and Kirk Whalum.

T-Soak is currently working on music for an upcoming tour around the Puget Sound area, during which he’ll be visiting coffeehouses, wineries, and festivals and events. He has also endeavored to raise money for Cancer Research through his performances, a cause which is dear to his heart after lost two brothers,my wife Sister in-Law and having a Farther in-law that currently battling the disease. Over the next 10 years, 10% of the profits from his shows and projects will be donated to the cause.

On a mission to strengthen communities through love and music while raising money for cancer research, T-Soak’s genre-bending saxophone skills make him a solid solo performer for wineries, coffee shops, bars, concert series, and even at weddings and churches. Consider him a contribution to your event as well as his cause!
