BH3 is a jazz fusion funk band formed in 2008 and based in Chicago. Envisioned as a platform for highly experimental, improvisation and open structure. Band influences are Mahavishnu orchastra, King crimson, Tower of power. the sound is similar to Chicago post rockers "Liquid soul.The core line up features David Sistanich on Guitar, Thom Miecznikowski on fretless bass and Jerry King on drums. A rotating circle of guest artists are often invited to perform. Black hole trio are currently finishint their first album release
