Avernus Ortus is a Death Metal band from up-state NY. Formed in early 2009 with the vision of creating Brutal Violent Death Metal along the lines of the bands that inspire and influence them. In the last two years they have released two demos and played a slew of shows in NY, VT and have traveled as far as Worcester MA. Avernus Ortus can be summed up as a mix of energetic technicality and ferocious aggression.
