Sophi is a 13-year-old pop singer and songwriter from Houston, TX whose passion for music and performing developed at an early age. Her unique voice and style caught the attention of a school music teacher who encouraged her to begin vocal training. Sophi began performing at local and regional events at the age of nine. When Sophi is not rehearsing, performing or writing she enjoys being a regular, 7th grade girl. Sophi hangs out with her friends, loves the outdoors and adores all types of animals. Sophi’s distinctive sound and ability to express real life experiences and issues through her music will make you want to hear more from this young artist. She is a dedicated musician and aspires to be a positive role model for kids around the world. Some of Sophi’s favorite artists include Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus and Beyonce. Sophi releases her new EP on June 4th at House of Blues in Houston.
