Bio:: Amanda "Mandee Melendez" Alvarez hailing from the Bronx was born August 11th,1988.At the age of 8 she began singing.However ,that all came with a price to pay..On her 8th birthday she was also diognosed with Leukemia of the blood..However this did'nt stop her..Instead this mild mannered singer with platnum pipes used it as a stepping stone for herself.. With the love and support of her parents and 2 older siblings,Mandee ended up with leading roles in her high school musical in both her junior and senior year which lead her to competing and winnig her talent shows as well.. Now attending M.V.C.C for theater.. Shes inspired by icons like Mary J. Bleige ,Katie Perry and incubus to name a few..In the summer of 2007 she joined the Blackfence team which lead her to her first hot single "Looking 4 Someone" where she and Proph went back and forth and became an instant hood classic!Followed up by "Drop dead sexy" a song f/Q (Quantessa) over a Jay-z instrumental..crazy..both are currently in rotation as we speak beatin up the internet and streets alike.. Shes currently in the studio working on her highly anticipated solo project "ALL ANGLES" is crazy..!!! With local help from SKrillz,PoP-U-Lah Da man ,with Production from Merk,King "Dutch" Benny to say the least.. Summer is about to heat up early..get ready..
