Bio:: The Adamant, a pop rock band that got its started in Brenham Texas in October 2008. Twin brothers Josh and Jeremiah Olsen got their start singing and playing music at age thirteen. After seeing some success, they decided to take their music to the next level and start a band. In 2010 they moved to Austin Texas and released their first album. The album, a collaborative effort of the two brothers was inspired by their triumphs as well as their struggles. Their Albums titled “Who you Really Are” is series of songs reflecting their journey toward defining themselves as musicians. Josh - Vocals and Keys “We wanted the album to reflect our passion as individuals as well as a band.” The Adamant has found influence in bands ranging from Coldplay, to the Beatles, to U2 and many more. The bands music is a modern blend of acoustic, electric and keys, backed by the bass and drums. The bands rich vocal blend is one that can only come from twin brothers. Jeremiah - Vocals and Guitar “Our desire is to produce music that not only sounds good but also pulls at a person's emotions, we want them to feel what we felt when we wrote the song.” The Adamant definitely brings a total package, from heart felt lyrics, and unique melodies, to their undeniable love for what they do. They have a sound that appeals to all ages, and they pride themselves on producing music that is perfect for every atmosphere.
