Bio:: Over their five years together, Remember September has seen their grassroots effort blossom from playing exclusively at local clubs around NYC to performing at much larger venues with several legendary acts, including Train, Chicago,.38 Special, Robert Randolph, Average White Band, The Spin Doctors, Johnny Winter, Randy Travis, Steve Vai and several others. We were recently voted “Best Indie Rock Band” by the readers of Fairfield County Weekly and, in June, won the MTV/Ourstage Video Grand Finals! The band includes: Jay Schod on lead vocals and acoustic guitar, Chris Schod on vocals and electric guitar, Eric Schod on bass, along with Mary Albano on vocals, Gerard Awad on drums and Dave Savitsky on vocals and saxophone. Remember September has developed an ever-growing reputation as a quality, original band that appeals to a large cross-section of musical tastes.
