Bio:: Chessie Chaney is a 15yr old Actress, Pop/R&B Singer, Songwriter born in Queens, New York. Her talent in the arts was displayed at the tender age of 2. Her latest 'Hit Original Songs' "CRUSH" and "We'll Dance All Night" have been on Tween Pop Radio top forty chart for over a year. 'Stay Strong', the Soundtrack from Broken Harmonies, is also on Tween Pop Radio top forty chart. Chessie starred in the Educational Short Film, which was sponsored by The City Of New York and Start Strong Bronx http://www.startstrongbronx.org. It has a positive message Re: Ending teen dating violence and abuse. Chessie recently performed at The Next Big Celebrity Concert held in New York City and she has performed at the Santa Clarita Business Expo and at the Orange County Fair. Her Film and TV credits include Nickelodeon game show BrainSurge and the Black Christian Movie, Don’t Touch if You Ain’t Prayed 2. She performed in the Off-Broadway production of Evergreen, a Holiday Musical by the Prospect Theater Company. Vocally, Chessie has coached with Jonathan George from JG Entertainment and is currently training in Vocal Aerobics with Craig Derry. She just released a 'Hot' new Single called "The Way It Goes", which she collaborated with Rapper JoJo. She is working on another 'Hit' Single that she'll perform at the 2011 TORCH Music Fest in June. She also has the Lead role in an OFF/OFF Broadway Musical scheduled for June as well.
