Bio:
EMMA LANE is a country-rock singer-songwriter and guitarist from a small farm town in Hilton, NY. Dubbed a prolific songwriter by musicians, songwriters and producers alike, Lane was featured as songwriter of the month for the national songwriting community FRETTIE in March 2013. That same year, Lane played over 50 shows in her native Rochester, NY, as well as on the east coast. Her debut EP “NOISE FROM THE BASEMENT” was recorded in Nashville, TN, after Lane was discovered on Twitter by Mike Goncalves, guitarist and writer of the rock band Hip Kitty, and Shawn Conley, owner of Red Alert Studios. One week after the EP's release, Lane's first single “At The Crossroads” hit the airwaves on 98.9 The BUZZ and debuted at number 8 on Indie Music Channel's Top 10. Lane is a new wave in country music with powerful vocals reminiscent of Ann Wilson of Heart with the grit and sass of Miranda Lambert. This determined songbird is ready to take country music by storm. EMMA LANE is now playing on 98.9 The BUZZ. Tune in to hear her songs!

At The Crossroads
(Lyrics)

Oh Lord it's been such a long time comin'
Oh Lord don't fail me now.
Well I swallowed my pride but the devil walks in stride
And I'm gonna run him down...

Oh I don't know
Did I save my soul?
No I don't know.

Are you gonna save me?
Or is he gonna take me?
Is he gonna steal my soul?
Meet me at the crossroads.

Well it's hard to tell but I knew him so well
Back when I was so young.
And I gave him my blood but it wasn't enough,
When I tried to be someone.

Oh I don't know
Did I save my soul?
No, I don't know.

Are you gonna save me?
Or is he gonna take me?
Is he gonna steal my soul?
Meet me at the crossroads.

I drank myself numb so the pain wouldn't come,
I started to slowly fade away...
And I looked at my house that the wolf had blown down,
What a beautiful mess I made.

Are you gonna save me?
Or is he gonna take me?
Is he gonna steal my soul?
Meet me at the crossroads.

Well I swallowed my pride but the devil walks in stride
