Distancezero was formed by two highschool buddies Robert Ryan and David Madnick with Chuck Jones, a coworker of Robs in 1997. Chuck was the riff writer of the band which developed into the songs you hear. We added a singer "Moose" who sang rock songs that appealed to mainly women, but with lead guitarist Joe Baxter, pulled out a bluesy hard rock sound that also pleased the male audience.
