BREN] is a multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter similar to Alice In Chains, Dream Theater, and Tool and was educated at Musicians Institute in Hollywood, California.
Currently [BREN] is represented by IMTAgency in Century City and managed by Margaret Guiraud. In a year's time under the Representation of IMTAgency two music videos have been produced for his singles "Epic" and "Worth The Weight" from his debut album "Anywhere But Here..." The music video for "Worth The Weight" was voted #1 Rock Video and #1 Alternative Video on OurStage.com for the months of June and July 2011.
Four of [BREN]'s songs ("Only Human," "Worth The Weight," "Better Man," & "Epic") have scored the Platinum Auddy Award--highest scores for possible hits--on Hit Song Science.
[BREN]'s single "Worth The Weight" was the song of the week on "MSI: Music Scene Investigation" for the week of March 13-19, 2011. He has performed at famous venues such as The Whisky A Go Go, House of Blues, The Key Club, and The Fine Line Music Cafe in Minneapolis.
[BREN] started playing music as a charter member of his high school's drumline, orchestra, and jazz ensembles. After playing drums for a number of years he began learning other musical instruments. Currently he sings and plays guitar, drums, bass, keys, piano, percussion, Irish Whistle, and Highland Bagpipes.
