Harlem, NYC Indie rockers, Citizens Of Contrary Knowledge, are poised to burst onto the national scene with their latest indie release, "Contrary Radio", an eclectic amalgam of Modern Rock, Funk and Blues branded as “Harlem Soul Rock n Roll”. Voted a Top 5 Best Indie Artist of 2009 by Internet Radio Magazine, the band has earned impressive success licensing their first CD to Showtime, who featured the haunting song, “House of Cards”, in the promotional trailer for the second season of its hit series, “The Tudors”. The band also licensed "You’re What You Wish You Are..." to the hugely popular Nickelodeon shows, Drake & Josh & Zoey 101, as well as to College Sports TV.
