"If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music which he hears, however measured or far away."-Henry David Thoreau Every member of Aduro has constantly excelled at what we've done, no matter what the task or occupation has been. Inside, there has always been something missing, we needed to fulfill something greater, we had yet to truly achieve a destiny just slightly unbelievable to your average realist. There is a want to be great, a drive to be better at every practice we've had. Each show is treated like a clinic; studied and analyzed as to what can be adjusted towards the ultimate goal - perfection. Just a group of 5 people who came together in the summer of 2010 in Hampton Roads Virginia, Aduro was formed with the intent and determination to become a something great and unique in the music industry. With years of performance experience between us, we gathered together forming a clear strategy of how to begin an ascent toward the ultimate goal of becoming something truly memorable. Just off the release from our EP, Listen.., we have already begun making strides to take the music industry. With undying energy, uniquely intricate technique, and gripping emotion in each song, an Aduro show is meant to take you on a journey to heights only imaginable and deep inside of your own emotions. Our music has been already played in Z104, WNPR’s “Out of the Box”, WODU, and many internet radio stations. We have been picked for Stockley Gardens Arts Festival, Baba Festival, Shaggfest 2011, and FanCan Music Festival. And more summer festivals are lining up for us. We take every single show as our biggest show and lay down everything we have on the stage. Every single Aduro show is a journey that we are proud to share with our listeners. Find your own drummer to walk to. Listen to the rhythm of the stars... Are you ready? Aduro
