The JTB Project was created in 2010 by Jay T. Brown and Dennis “Kuki” Among, two seasoned musicians born and raised in Hawaii. Though both have played with various bands from Hawaii to Georgia and had known the other for years. They had never done anything together musically. Until, Jay put together a project studio in his home and asked Dennis for help with guitar on some original material he was working on. Dennis A.K.A. “Kuki” is a phenomenal guitarist and though both are “Rock” musicians you will hear influences of R&B, Blues, Pop, Reggae, Metal and some Island Flavor in their music. The album “Postcards From Paradise” is the product of those sessions. The JTB Project album Postcards from Paradise gives you a little bit of everything. This album features some killer guitar work from Dennis "Kuki" Among. Also some slide guitar from Geary Haynes on the song Slippery Slide.
