Infectious live performances. Straight forward music. Blue Serra’s style will tug at your heart-strings, make you want to sing, or make you get up off your ass and dance. The voice is sophisticated and vivid, the lyrics staying with you long after you hear them. Songwriter Christy Bryce (guitar-vocals), and Whistle… yes… just Whistle (drums), came together in 2003 to form Blue Serra. The search for a third member led them to Eric C. on lead guitar in 2007 and Brian M. later on bass. With the new lineup and release of their first full length album “Input From the Couch”, Blue Serra is grabbing the attention of diverse fans worldwide. Grab an old guitar, a six pack of something, invite over a couple of friends, and start singing. That’s how Blue Serra got started. Not much has changed, except for maybe a few more friends.
