Bio:: My name is Oswaldo Contreras, I am an independent music producer for my own independent company called Striktly Mulah Productions. My compositions and recordings come from an influence of multiple genres in music, anything from blues to rock, hip-hop to reggae, I incorporate it all, or at least try to.
Ever since I got introduced to music by my dad at the age of 11, I've always had a dream of doing something in the music business and after furthering my understanding of what music really is throughout my life I've reach the thought that I want to be a producer and have a variety of artists signed to my team. Reason being is that I can't get enough of the music, every time I hear a sound that catches my ear, a composition brews in my head, anytime I hear a voice that I like whether its a singing or a rapping vocalist I get a instrumental that I believe would go great with their voice. This is how I've judge many of the artists that are in my creations today, and lately all I hear from people is that my music is good, unique and that they love listening to it, and to me that is the best feeling in the world to know that my influences help other people in coping with varying situations.
One of my biggest goals in this music business is to create my own genre in music, which I call Melorok. What that is for me is a combination of Reggae, Funk, Soul and just a hint of Hip-Hop to help you on your journey of mind stimulation. Some would call it feel good music I myself call it Melorok and that is the reason I will be known in this music industry.
Thanks to everyone that currently listens to my music and everyone that will in the future, I hope that somehow my music will bring you back up when you feel down, help you cheer up when u get angry and bring a positive feeling to yourself in general.
